Bruce Kennedy: Founder / CEO
Mr. Kennedy has over fifteen years of design engineering and management experience at a large German MIS company. Mr. Kennedy has extensive experience and has been the driving force behind multiple innovations and generations of surgical vision systems, image capture and documentation systems. He holds numerous patents and has extensive expertise in designing vision systems from concept to commercialization. His experience, leadership, reputation and expertise has afforded PCM the ability to attract an elite team that have over 130 years of combined experience in the design, sale, and marketing of surgical video systems.
Mark Thompson : VP of Sales and Marketing
Mark Thompson has an outstanding record of implementing business strategies and achieving successful results for both small and Fortune 500 companies. Mark brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience and business acumen to PC Medical. Mark began his medical device career with Circon, one of the pioneering companies in surgical video endoscopy. At Circon, Mark worked with leading physicians as well as working exclusively with the OEM accounts that included, Zimmer, Dyonics (Smith @ Nephew) and Karl Storz Endoscopy. Mark then joined an Orthopedic/Arthroscopic start-up within Baxter Healthcare. He was then recruited to another Division of Baxter Healthcare, Caremark as a Vice President of Business Development. Mark brings all of his experience and passion for Minimally Invasive Surgery with him to PC Medical, as well as extensive experience with start-up endeavors.
Paul Waters: VP of Operations
Mr. Waters brings over ten years of camera system Industrial design and engineering experience at a large German MIS company. Mr. Waters has broad experience in operations and supply chain management.
William Haack: VP of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance
Mr. Haack has over twenty years of regulatory and engineering management experience at a large German MIS company. As the VP of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance, Mr. Haack has architected a world class medical regulatory compliance system. Mr. Haack is also responsible for the advanced online PLM systems used for all engineering, regulatory and supply chain documentation at PCM.
Julie Kennedy: Financial Controller
Ms. Kennedy brings over fifteen years of financial reporting experience with an expertise in financial systems. Ms. Kennedy’s experience includes international reporting at Mentor Corporation and financial reporting at a large German MIS company. She provides overall policy, fiscal reporting and management responsibility for the accounting and finance functions for Pointe Conception Medical.
Daniel McGuire: PCM Board member
Mr. McGuire brings over thirty years of experience developing, managing and growing entrepreneurial enterprises. Mr. McGuire has extensive experience in the surgical video field as Founder & CEO of Envision Medical (which was subsequently sold to Linvatec Corporation) and Exec VP of Medical Concepts (which was sold to Karl Storz Gmbh). He is an experienced leader with a proven track record in capital formation, strategic development, sales & marketing and operational management including manufacturing, financial & product development oversight.
Kathy Odell: PCM Board Member
Ms. Odell was a Co-Founder of Medical Concepts Imaging, which was subsequently sold to Karl Storz GmbH, a world leader in surgical endoscopy. Ms Odell is currently a senior advisor to Inogen Corporation, a Santa Barbara based manufacturer of portable Oxygen nebulizers. Ms. Odell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience with entrepreneurial enterprises in several industries.
Christopher Proctor, M.D. F.A.C.S.: PCM Board Member
Orthopedic Surgeon A renowned arthroscopic surgeon and investor in both Series A & B rounds. Doctor Proctor provides clinical advice to the company and is a user of the PC-Medical EndoHub system.
